Make it so Lycan ability scores aren't temp scores

with how it is set currently, lycan shapes still count towards the temporary cap, making barb rages and things like empowered buffs not nearly as useful!

So folks understand, there is a +12 limit on stats from temporary sources. So only so much buffing is valuable.

The problem with this is that if scripted like that, it could potentially cause confusion within the system as to what you actual scores are, and you either end up gaining massive stats, or tiny ones, which would actually be saved onto the character.
It'd be tricky to do, it could be done, but it would involve storing a lot of variables, and set up would become even more fiddly and error prone.
I can look at it... but really no promises here.
(I feel like +12 anything is a good cap though, and at that point... do you.. need more?)

With how much AC lycans can get normally without this, I'd say it'd make them a tad bit overtuned.
