Crafting scroll words

I got confused by the wording of the Crafting Scrolls section on the forum. If a few words could be added to explain if we do or not not actually need the scribe scroll feat, that would be appreciated. <3

Scribing scrolls via the "Crafting System" does not require the feat, but the selection is limited. If you want full access to scribing scrolls you need the feat.
