Cougar Belt : Tailoring not giving final product

Issue Description:
Crafting the Cougar Belt does not actually give you the Cougar Belt.
As you can see in the screenshot, I successfully crafted 2 of them, got the crafting xp and the character xp but did not receive the finished product and all my materials were consumed. -
