GSF Enchanment not removing Sleep HD cap

Issue Description:
GSF Enchantment doesn't seem to be removing the HD Cap on Sleep. Casting it on higher level enemies of various types (Animals, Giants, Humans) and higher level PCs does not even cause a save attempt, just does nothing as it would normally with the cap. -
Should be fixed in version 7075
