I spoke with the shop keeper using a character with 11 total in Appraise, was given a "good check" and Bulls Str potions cost 176gp.
I spoke with the same shop keeper using a character with 0 total in Appraise, was given a "good check" and Bulls Str potions cost 174gp.

Seems a bit odd to me.

No idea how the script works, but my guess is, you rolled a 20 (+0 = 20) on the lower price, and like... a 8 (+11 = 19) on the higher priced one?
