HAK weapon feat bugs

Issue Description: HAK weapon focuses seem nonexistant, and for some reason their improved criticals are in the weapon focus tree. Also, they don't count as fighter bonus feats. I'm thinkin it's just a bit of a borked up numbers in the 2das.
