Diplomacy - Represents finer knowledge of etiquette and represents 'extra investment' into persuade/bluff/intimidate.
The CoASS skill investment doesn't change how much intimidate/bluff/persuade you have

I think it only effects the roll and not the skill itself in your character page. Have you tried doing a roll?
