Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/Upon killing the Starved Dire Wolf, there is no quest update so the quest cannot be completed. Puffy tried respawning the boss and killing it still did not update the quest.

Edit: It appears to be able to be turned in, it just does not update journal side when you kill the boss.
