Issue Description: Rolled a Ranger with 16 con. I only have 36 hp at 4. That's 9 per level, 6 + 3. Shouldn't it be 8 + con, making it 11 per level(44)? PC's name is Mordryn Aleriver.

I just checked my own char, and I seem to have gotten 6 hp from my ranger lvl instead of 8hp
Server Version: v6945

Rangers are d8 classes not d10. They get 6 hp per level.
