What has he done:
Instrumental (though inadvertently) of uncovering the perpetrator of the assassination conspiracy, Silas is fiercely loyal to House Misrim, even if he sees the house as a means for him to increase his station. Creating tension between House Misrim and The Crimson Guard by Increasing pressure on them through threats of cutting their revenue at a time when a dire threat is at our doors.

What will he do:
Silas will continue to foster tension between the house and the crimson guard, while taking a more active role in recruiting for House Misrim, ensuring that the ‘right’ candidates are given greater chance of promotion.
In light of the increased number of lycanthropes and creatures of demonic bloodlines Silas will start an initiative to have them documented in a codex, and laws drafted that will detail the correct method of their eradication. As Misrim is part owner of the Hunters Union, known lycanthropes will be removed, hunting after all is the preserve of nobility, and not savagery. The factions of the city will be consulted where appropriate, and any force that stands for the eradication of such beasts will be well funded.

He is also a member of the Hunter's Union and should be seriously mistrusted for it, considering Obyn/Tala's actions and now those of the elf malarite (?) who blew up the Faceless inn.

I think a making him a moderate custom item is suitable. He has not shown complete loyalty to Islyn.

He is a duelist and running events etc around that. I’d think some sort of dueling weapon/gear to support that part of his concept.
