The Sembian Embassy currently has no seats, storage (the position listed storage as a perk) or a working prestige merchant (the chest is locked and Pier Blanco just says "Hello" when you try to interact with him.
I'm quitting Barabus Fen, he was a character I made for the election and in retrospect I should have quit him after the result as you can only wander around insulting Verks clergy robes for so long before it gets old.

You need your subrace to be set as Sembian for the Sembian Embassy to function, added storage.
