Keen Edge duration different from listed

Issue Description: Keen edge states it lasts 10 minutes/level. As a level 7 cleric it should last over an hour but it only lasted a few minutes if that. A duration change is also not listed in the spell changes.

It was wrong in the script and in the description. Should be 1 turn / level.
