lifebolt damage to self incorrect

Issue Description: the lifebolt is supposed to drain 1 hp per bolt, but seems to drain 1 hp per level

i had a level 5 char, took 5 divine damage to self, and did 17 damage to monster (3d12, so i cant judge on that!)
