            They do. But even assuming that bonuses apply without the training, this particular character doesn't have 20 charisma or strength to provide bonus of 5.

                To make it clear, is there any bugs, or not? Secondary Skill system isn't documented so for me it appears as bug which I reported.

                    I think I know how it works now. When your stats is 12 or above then correct modifier is applied to the secondary skill. If your stat is 10 or less then it divided by 2 and applied to the secondary skill. Or something like this.
                    Tenziver had modifier of 5 Athletics, Mining and Diplomacy because his Strength and Charisma was 10. One of the Rrust stats is 8 and corresponding skill have a modifier of 4 in corresponding secondary skill.

                      When your stat is 12 then you corresponding secondary skill correctly get the modifier and is 1. But if your stat is 10 then your corresponding skill will be 5 instead of 0. If your stat is 8 then you corresponding skill will be 4 instead of -1.

                          thx Puffy either way I plan to tweak the system a bit, just need to ... fix everything else I plan to fix first >.<
