      Issue Description: Used a Miner's pick purchased from Blacksmith in Arabel on Mineable Tin node. It reported I could only mine that node with a miner' pick. Kept hitting it for good measure for about a minute and was still unable to get any resources from it.

        Hm, I'll need to see if the right nodes are spawning. Or if the right picks are in the shop.
