Can't understand languages

As a wizard human I can take languages and speak them but I cannot understand when other people speak them. Ie: Mynae has said something in elven

Languages were fixed recently, you might just need to ask a DM to replace your widgets. Had mine all changed up and they work fine now.

Tried that with Echo and no luck

I can understand and speak my native language just fine, I can't understand chosen languages however.
