More wood elf bugs

Wood elves are currently receiving an unlisted -2 CHA. This can be adjusted under racialtypes.2da by modifying the ChaAdjust entry. Additionally, their Favored entry needs to be changed from 10 to 7 (which changes it from Wizard to Ranger, I believe).

I think kenku also receive this cha debuff. I get -4 instead of -2. I don't think it matters for kenku, because they are basically rodents in a sewer, but probably is a bit important for Wood Elves.

@JoeKickAss I mean, I can expect to see wood elf sorcerers more than wood elf wizards. But that hasnt stopped half orcs before.

What I am saying is I am also receiving an unlisted -2 CHA debuff. So i think it could be affecting all subrace types.

They probably copied the line for half orcs. Wonder how gold dwarves are working.
