I'm not sure if I should abstain from this or not. He seemed very strange with his last PC. And historically speaking, he quits concepts pretty fast; I can't view many of his old characters from the v1-5 forums since the app forum only goes to 2018 or so.

I'm concerned if he gets set behind, he'll complain on Discord or forums again, as well as his last character ending through being PVPed while breaking informal rules.

I like the concept, I really do. But right now I think Kenku requires a lot of DM attention and well, based on Joe's record I predict he'll be complaining about it in a few days (or just quit). So I'm undecided, especially because there's no need to be a Kenku to roll with this concept.

I am a yes on this. The concept is Fun, the flavour is delicious, and I honestly want to see Joe be successful, maybe this is what ends up clicking for him.

Sure, Joe may be a pain in the ass most of the time. But most of us are really.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Joe has LOADS of potential as a roleplayer. It's just a case of making sure he's going in the right direction and doesn't give up at the first hurdle.

Set up, Renamed "Squawker the Broken" due to issues with the original PC and a new name being required.
