Party of 7 completed the quest. One was level 5 at turn in (there is a 6-9 level range on the NPC). No XP was granted to any who participated in it.

Little mistake ^^ The questgiver does accurately say levels 5-10. 6-9 is a diff quest. This quest also has no loot containers either! So reward was really, really poor as 420 gold for 7 people plus little scraps of coin from kills. Mostly low level fodder enemies so poor xp for its level range, low payout, high damage and bugged quest completion turnin.
