Dying got stuck at -6HP for several mins

I'm not entirely sure what the expected behavior here is, but here's the report. My character got killed by the Glowing Skeleton in the Graveyard quest, bled out quickly to -6, then just stalled at -6 without going up or down for several minutes. I ended up logging off, and I found that when I logged back in my character was "dead" but could run around and wouldn't get attacked by hostile creatures. Pretty sure logging off in that state would be considered metagaming/cheating anyway but I thought it might be related.

Have you logged back in after a reset to see if you were fugued or still "dead"?
if it happens again, can you try the .hrt command? (I -think- that's the spelling for it. basically it damages you 1 hp. So you can get to the -10 faster and not get stuck waiting forever to either die or, by some miracle, stop bleeding and recover.)

Type .hrt and it'll drop your hp. We need to compile a list of helpful .commands...

You miss the point. He points out two possible cheats, not only asks for a way to die.

It's a known bug and a fairly amusing one, I almost like to consider it a feature.

@Matriarch I'll log back in tonight when I get home to check.

@Matriarch logging back in after a reset brought me back to my spawn point (Faceless Inn) w/ the XP my char had when he died (IE, it's a way to cheat, but this was always the case AFAIK and DMs would just get notified when someone logged off while dead, dying, or near death, right?)
Also it doesn't appear that
.hrtdoes anything (I tried at full health) - could the command be different? Or does it just not work unless in bleeding out? -
I think the .hurt command only works when you are in negative HP. Something to test next time you are stuck dying.
