Spell timers kinda messed up

Issue Description:So anytime you cast a buff it lasts about 5 seconds, and depending on the summon it may summon and die in 10 seconds or summon and desummon at the same time. Spiffy is aware of problem but still wanted it reported.

Fluke? Cannot duplicate.

Just had a wizard cast buff (mage armor) and summon (SC1); both worked as inteded.

If there is a SPECIFIC buff that isnt working, then that's a different bug and needs to be reported separately.

weird. It might've been just clerics? Or just something spiffy did to myself and draco. Will test on next reset I suppose.
