Issue Description: When using the Stormy Water instead of taking you to a proper destination it instead warps you to the arena in the south eastern part of the town. I'm not sure where the intended destination is, but this doesn't seem right.

The Fitting Dummy in the Arabel Noble District and likely everywhere else are bugged. It lets you load up an armour piece but when you try and change the appearance it it only changes the appearance to 0 (naked). Choosing Forward/Backward does not matter. This is the same for all body parts and for both gender of Fitting Dummy.
