Redwood, Redsprings Village, Arcane Tower

I would like the area to be permanently updated to reflect that a massive ooze drilled through the tower and descended into the underdark as per my character notes.
Not urgent but it'd be a nice little easter egg for players who claim the base later to go 'wtf happened here.'

That's not a permanent update. No.
It should be a temporary update until the next owner fixes the hole in the floor. OR - honestly, we redo all the player bases.
