Arabel has struggled to find a suitable leader. We have heard rumors that a brutish Justiciar, prone to violence and tolerating the corruption of their own order is seeking the position. It is imperative that the Templars find a more suitable leader for the city.
Go forth and seek out candidates and individuals of merit, particularly those who will align closely to our own goals and seek our guidance in matters of faith and secruity.
