Rumours spread from Pellman's Lumberyard in Wymondley, a tranquil hamlet on the outskirts of Arabel, that five courageous adventurers ventured into the depths of the old mine and battled untold aberrations and horrors.
The hole from which the creatures emerged has since been filled in, and that section of the mine has been deliberately collapsed, eliminating the threat of future danger.

Every building was consumed by fires that erupted in the early hours. Adventurers rushed to its aid again, spreading word that there was more to fear than just the flames - hordes of undead lurked within the inferno.
