A curious tale circulates among the inns and markets, ranging in tone from baudy to bitter but common themes sprinkle the tellings. In delicious irony it is a highly charismatic and well groomed Human retainer of House Bleth that is considered the symbol of beauty and grace normally attributed to Elvenkind. Needless to say, some Tel-Quessir are not amused at this shift to the poor image some of their own bring upon them.

Opinions remain varied about the stance of the three lesser noble houses in the Bleth animosity towards elves. Some wonder at the casual acceptance from Braerwinter and Delzuld and opinions spin off into separate rumours about the history between elves, the Bleth family and the high regard many in the house hold Sune....

Rumours spread like wildfire among the nosy citizens, who can't help but gossip over the questionable company that Braerwinter and Delzuld are keeping. From a scandalous affair with a half-orc lover, to a repulsive barely-elven creature, to the shocking rumors of colluding with criminal elven extremists smuggling contrabands into the city itself, it seems that trouble follows them wherever they go. What dark secrets are they hiding behind closed doors? The scandalous truth is sure to come to light sooner rather than later! Perhaps Bleth is wise to distance themselves?
