He will hold lessons on necromancy pushing for it to be better understood, demonstrating the theorys in the arena south of the city, and holding mage duel tournaments to counter the influence of the Arcane Guild and showing the House of Ash the experts on magic concerning necromancy
He will lead expeditions in search of graves around the region hiring scouts and mapmakers to assist and he will seek out the history of those in the graves, documenting it for the mortuary and the scribes of Jergal within

5: Sebastian is a mage follower of Jergal who practices ethical necromancy using spells such as disrupt undead, lifebolt and command undead, having GSF necromancy to demonstrate this as well as GSF abjuration for his ability to break curses and oppose other unethical necromancers and the like, He believes combatting unethical necromancy is best done by the House of Ash and will seek to ensure this is the case, lessening the Arcane Guilds influence in such matters whilst furthering that of the House of Ash

Already has 2 recommendations from the current members, posting this mostly for record keeping. Calling this approved and I will contact Verk for set up.
