A new neighbor in Redspring

An old neglected tower in the outskirts of Redspring is cleared out of dust, rats, and spiders by servants associated with House Fezznick and Lady Islyn. A few books, papers, and decorative items are added to bring some life into the old building. Mostly modest, there is still work needed to be done, and the fey are no help in the matter of transport.
Eventually, a sign is raised outside the humble arcane tower reading "The Arcane Guild".
