In recent days, Zakath, the known priest of Karsus, can often be seen venturing into the woods, sometimes alone and sometimes with others of the small faith of Karsus. All armed with axes and ropes. Soon the sounds of felling trees can be heard and the procession of the faith of the Lord of Magic can be seen carrying, dragging and at times using magic, to move the logs to camps to be processed.

Some grumbling is expected by other lumberjacks and the Druids, but it does not seem the Order of Thaumaturgists intend to stop their lumber activities.

If stopped and asked what they are doing, they simply say “stock piling”. No one is sure what this means but it seems the Order of Thaumaturgists is gathering resources for something.

As quickly as it began, the faith of Karsus soon ceases its logging. The karsite faith makes no comment or response of the sudden change in actions.

When seen on the streets, the prophet Zakath can be noticed to be in deep thought and pondering. He does not seem troubled in any way.

The karsites can be seen preparing their large stock piles wood for shipment. Clothes and cloaked worshippers of the True Lord of Magic, led by Zakath, can be seen moving the shipments south to Immersea.

With the recent loss of ships at Immersea and the need to repair the few ships at dock, it is somewhat rather prophetic or odd in some peoples minds.
