Duels, Grand Escapes, and Explosions- Oh my!

It began with a fight- some random drunk bitch of a woman picked a fight in front of the warehouses in Immersea, where military supplies for the war were being stored. A crowd forms around the brawl, and soon after, an alarm is raised from within the building.
Quickly, soon after, a ox cart is seen fleeing the scene, led by two humans, a pair of halflings, and an elf- before vanishing, leaving only furrows and footprints left to follow into the King's Forest.
Some hours later, a massive explosion rocks the Hillmarch Mines, closing passage to the Eastern Marches, and denying access to any person or armies seeking entry into the outsider infested region...
It is said House Iverlesk, and the Crown- is most displeased and irritated...
