There is also a gnome by name of Ortyxrhyfhit Sebastian Izreckteffini III who seems to want to do contract work for the Crown.

I recommended he contact you as I am still overcoming an illness, and you seem to be able to spend more time than I in active duty.

The gnome seems quite crazed to me, suggesting releasing goblins into the sewers to hunt rats.

Some casters who should be registered like this Artist seem to think they can ignore the directives posted to register.

This will not stand, As I am far too busy conducting research in the ruins and hunting for the elemental shards I have hired the skulls to bring in unregistered adventuring casters as people have now had sufficient time to register

With the Crown Guard being the sole enforcers of law now I am seeking mage hunters to bring in unregistered casters.

Those who prove competent will be licensed and provided equipment to help them.
