When the children cry..

Children toss and turn in their beds inside the stonewalls of Arabel, murmuring and muttering in their sleep. A child of draconic descent screams out into the night in the Tymoran orphanage, causing a minor fire with its panicked wail. Parents and maidens grow concerned, as their children dreams more and more, never remembering more than strange shifting colours.
