Rangers around Arabel have started reporting sightings of the Arabellan Hare, Red Squirrel, and Black Doe, all previously thought to have gone extinct in the region.
The reasons for their resurfacing are varied, some say it is a powerful druidic ritual that has brought them back, others claim House Misrim has imported the animals and have a grand business plan based around game hunting. Others say it is a gift from the gods of nature, after adventurers destroyed a powerful demon.
Some farmers are less happy, as the Arabellan Hare to them, is a huge and problematic form of vermin.
