Immersea has become flooded with Sembian Mercenaries under the service of the new Crimson Lord, after a recent arrangement made by the Council of Lower Peers. Whilst wearing the bloodied crimson colours of House Vaylan, these mercenaries acts with the brash and brutish attitude of true Sembian mercenaries. Most locals keeps a wide berth from the rowdy mercenaries, except for sailors whom often scuffle, brawl and drink with the newest arrivals of the once sleepy fishing village.

Reports of Purple Dragons has lessened in the region whilst muggings, vandalism, brawls and general thuggery has shoot up through the roof.
