What do I plan to do with adder? Continue to push plots, using my new status as one to help with that while still including others in said plost. It will also need new RP elements in the
Crimson guard and the conflict between House Vaylan and House Misrim. Plost for example being Arsene's current investigation into the Tower, and his investigation into House Misrim PCs
as well, if I survive my coming event, I plan to push a plot regarding Netherese things and the reason of why certain Genasi are exploding.

All Genasi are experiencing a "power" surge whenever the genie in the Stonelands is up to something, noted in the Nemesis plot. If they fail the DC15 fort save, their elemental link bursts, hurting themselves and those around them.

What would be the effect of his Plan regarding the Tower?
Wouldnt it be something against the goals/plans/agenda of his faction?

Tl;dr No

There already is an Adder in the faction. Not sure why there would be another one? Crimson Guard is only abut 50 people. One commander (Viper), One executive officer (Adder) and then really unlimited whatever else.

Edit: Also Arsene is a wild card and danger not only to himself but others around him. Why would the other Crimson Guard follow him? As a point, when I played Rallyhorn and she got that sword of soul sucking, I retired her from the faction because ICly she was unable to be an effective leader. Was recruited by Apple's pc but that those two reason are why I am voting No.

Love the character. Not officer material in this faction.

Faction has trust issues with him
Hasn't really shown great leadership skills
Concept isn't really officer material

Note that I don't see an issue with 2 adders, especially since it's only rank 4 and players should be able to rise even if others are in the rank. I just don't think Arsene has reached rank 4 yet, but maybe he could get a special item should he survive the tower in a favourable way.
