I'd like to promote this PC to Rank 2. They've been leading all sorts of hunts and stuff IG and I think have easily earned it. Plus would be nice to have a PC in the faction.

Putting this here for record keeping, I was told that Rank 2 doesn't actually require an app so long as the player has done fun stuff. Just let me know if there's a problem.
stevelichman: When i get in pvp… I just generally don't even bother with my consumables, I just use my time more efficiently to come up with a witty one liner to use after my inevitable defeat.
