Then it's clearly tied to her upbringing, so it can be very wrong or very right depending on her tribes traditions

She's a worshiper of an elven god of hedonism (as per me deity swapping and releveling her to have correct domains) and a ranger.

I think if she can be trained in the ways of the druid (enough that she shouldn't need a druid level, we can determine this by talking with Matriarch and asking her opinion) she can be given entry as an honorary druid. With her understanding she won't advance very far without taking druid level(s).

I vote yes, with the clause that we need to talk to Matriarch and get her opinion on whether or not she thinks this is worthwhile for Mavis.

Mavis can become the fey knowledge reference and learn from the cormyrian forests. My PC can teach her of the elven deities and help her convert to a valid one if needed.

Right now, Mavis a confused elf that can be made a servant of nature and the druids. She can be the inbetween with druids and city folks.

It can be an interseting build up and she can be taught as much of the druidic ways without taking the oath. there are of course some stuff she will never learn unless she becomes a druid.
