It has a gold reward of 180 a head, can confirm everything else though.

How was the exp reward from the spawns?

I can't say about xp since level 8 gets no xp and level 7 is... almost none. So as a 6-10 quest only level 6s really will get kill xp.

Hm, strange should be lvl 7-10

Did it again and yea it is giving gold, but the npc doesn't seem to say "Here is XXXX gold." and doesn't provide xp on completion

For the chests, make sure the resref of the waypoint matches something in the palette.

Starwater Tomb does have loot though
