OCC: Bugs, Issues and Questions!

A thread to post as per title, bugs with the faction, issues of any kind and questions on the faction!
Questions:
1 - Is it normal Rank 1 has access to the individual rooms? In the past, those were usually reserved for rank 2 and up.2 - There is no common room for lower ranks to rest. Bug or feature?
3 - Do we have a spawn point at the faction headquarters? If yes, I'm blind and I can't find it T_T but if not, could get get one, please?
