Ostoria The Necropolis:
An old giant empire on another Tear. Said Tear is the one casting the shadow over King's Forest. It surges with necromantic energy. It may be empowering other necromantic actions as well.

Recent incident in Deadwell where necromancers raised large numbers of undead may not be directly linked to Ostoria but perhaps it was the necromancers taking advantage of the Tear's presence and power.

Apparently attempts to reach that Tear are currently difficult. I could not get more out of him on the matter as we were interrupted by a drunkard tootall.
