Kural is bouncing everywhere with no real attachment, its very much a game of "what's the flavour of the week" and a lot of conflicting for the sake of conflict.

i'd rather see him push his cult as a normal human than get exiled/kos immediately as a lycan

I think he's doing a good job of being the server antagonist in difficult circumstances. A lot of characters are opposing him and looking to thwart his plan.

The problem he's experiencing is he hasn't really got a plan. He's alone and throwing things at the wall to see what sticks and gains momentum.

I think he'd benefit from some direction and something singular to sink his teeth into. I'm not convinced lycanthrope is the answer for that.

How about this as a reply?

"the general consensus among the team is that we like your PC as a villain. you are drawing a lot of opposition from characters, and creating conflict. this is good. however we feel that promoting the cult you have created as a human will gain you a lot more ground than trying to do so as a lycan. adding that element to the mix will only add yet another thread for you to weave. right now you have interpretations of three deities to push. you have the warlock thing. you have conflict with the house of ash brewing, you have conflict with adventurers. you have scheming with corianne. we feel that adding lycanthropy to the mix is just "too much". keep up the good work that you've been doing, and look for a direction to push the cult. heresies are great and we want to support them. much more than we want to support a crazed lycan."

Looks good. Is there some direction/support we can offer on the Black Triad if that's where we want to encourage him?

He asked me how this was going so gave him the feedback. He understood and is going to be driving forward with the Black Triad as his primary focus.

Kinda feels like he's bouncing between things and abandoning when he doesn't get a DM interaction of the week.

Do we have any npc's around that would show him some support instead? Especially for the cult

Varek Garros, Last Priest of the Dead God

Varek Garros is a towering figure cloaked in the tattered remnants of a once-imposing ceremonial robe, marked with the faded symbols of Bane, the God of Fear.

Varek is one of the last of Bane's faithful, a shadowed priest who continues to perform rituals in the god’s name, even though no divine power responds.

                        Beliefs and Goals
Varek firmly believes that Bane, though slain, is not truly gone. To him, a God of Bane's magnitude cannot simply die but has instead been cast into a weakened state, his essence scattered across the planes. He sees Bane’s death not as an end, but as a test - a challenge for his most devout followers to prove their loyalty and bring about his resurrection.

                        The Resurrection Plan:
Varek’s ultimate goal is to restore Bane to his former glory, believing that only through Bane’s return can the world be brought to its proper order: one ruled by fear, domination, and strength.

                        His plan involves:

                        1. Collecting Relics of Fear: Varek searches tirelessly for items once touched by Bane’s divine hand—relics that still resonate with the fear and power his god once commanded.

                        2. Reaping the Fear of Mortals: Varek believes that fear itself can bring Bane back. To that end, he works in the shadows to sow terror across the land.

                        3. The Ritual of Ascension: Varek has uncovered a forgotten ritual, a dark rite that could supposedly channel enough fear to reconstruct Bane’s divine form. However, it requires a massive offering of fear: an entire city brought to its knees in terror. Whether there's any merit in it is an entirely different matter.

                        Personality
Varek is consumed by his obsession. Where once he may have been a charismatic priest, now he is a fanatic—cold, calculating, and willing to sacrifice anything for his cause. He despises the other gods, particularly those who dared to claim Bane's former dominions, and views the world as broken in Bane’s absence.

                        ^^^^^^^^^

NPC tied to the Black Triad that wants to use Kural as a weapon of fear to bring Arabel to its knees to fuel a ritual to return Bane. Suits Kurals general vibe and where he seems to want to take it.
