Strange lights and sounds

Night owls and passers by during the day both mention seeing lights of different colors flashing through the broken windows of the Oldflower estate. These lights are interspersed with the clang of metal clashing and occasional shouts of this or that combat command.
Some chalk it up to fighting an infestation of ghosts from the adjacent haunted estate. Others suggest its some kind of tireless training regimen in preparation for some big fight. More superstitious and ignorant avoid the workings of wizards and make feeble gestures of warding on their way to whatever hovel they live in.
Activity in an order of martial spellcasters is an odd affair indeed.
