Outside of the Oldflower Estate

Rumors circulate of a short woman in maroon and purple clothing taking the banner down from outside the estate. She piles upon it several icons with a fox's head heraldry. With a few murmured words the entire thing is set alight.
She stands stoic while it burns to ash, occasionally using magic to snuff out cinders and errand sparks before they catch anything else alight.
Shortly after, in place of the banner appears a painting of an open book with a rune covered blade pointing down upon it.
