In a matter of days after the outpost of the Precept Arcanum's completion in Tilverton, caravans of strays, latent, and those of worthy heritage are shipped from Tilverton to the Precept Arcanum Sanctum in Arabel. Many of them are young, their eyes wide with a mixture of awe and fear as they are enrolled into the Precept Arcanum. The few strays who dare resisting and risk public harm with their incontrollable magic abilities, are swiftly put down.

With the rising planar activity in and around Tilverton, the Duke has nearly overwhelmed the Precept Outpost with a onslaught of even just barely capable arcanists. Even common races such as gnomes have been sent to the Precept for evaluation, despite many claiming themselves being wizards and not sorcerers at all. The one trip to Arabel may be paid for, but those rejected by the Precept are forced to make their own way home.
