He has been working with the Order of the Aster and has the recommendation of the PC leading the player faction. I told both him and Shark that it will be nearly impossible for him as a monk to rise any further in a knightly faction like the Order of the Aster which is Paladins, Fighter, Crusaders(A cleric variant) etc.
