Halruaan Whispers

Jeri Shalach, the only known Halruaan of the city of Arabel, can often be seen asking about rumors of MageHounds. When asked who or what they are, he brushes them off and says "Oh nothing...just curious if you have heard the word or the name Selana?"
He gives no other reasoning behind this and often leaves if pressed on the matter. But its obvious he seems intent on hearing any news of the word Magehound.
